(INIC), earned one of the top 2023 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores among domestic and international household goods movers for the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) Centralized Household Goods Traffic Management Program (CHAMP) for deliveries in 2022. This is nothing new for Interstate International, a leading provider of global moving and relocation services and solutions who has consistently placed in the top-five CSI scores for the past several years, including top scores for 2019 and 2020.

CHAMP was created to assist eligible relocating government employees in moving household goods both within the United States and internationally from one duty station to another. All companies listed on CHAMP have undergone a stringent vetting process. Within CHAMP, the CSI is a performance metric based upon relocating employee and government agency satisfaction. Companies that display a CSI score have experience handling CHAMP shipments under their own authority. Based on those shipments, they have received customer feedback scores through the employee survey and the agency survey.
