The best moving service we’ve ever had! From the initial in-person estimate till the finish of the move, everything goes so smoothly. On the moving date, the team arrived on time as promised and was so easy to work with. They were very efficient and hard-working that the move just finished much quicker than we thought! Throughout the move, they were very mindful of our belongings. I hope we don’t need to move anytime soon, but we will definitely know who to call if we really need to.

With Mike Stine on scene any questions were quickly answered and issues resolved. Dana Dodge kept tabs on the situation and checked in periodically. All in all a positive experience. This was absolutely a 5-star effort by a company that assisted and responded to our requests and needs throughout. I would like to add: It’s been about 5 weeks since our move.; time to find out what may be broken or missing. Happy to say that our furniture and doo-dads, as small as they may be, all survived this move due to the professional and meticulous care by the Interstate packing and moving crews.

Just wow! They were so helpful and professional. I was moving from a 9th-floor condo to a townhouse, and they were prepared for both places. They put down mats, plastic wrapped the carpeted stairs, and padded the elevator and walls. There was zero damage, scuff, or scratches on any walls. The best part is they finished earlier than their estimate and are going to refund me because of that, amazing! I would have paid full price regardless. I had to move 5 hours away within my state and was recommended by a friend to contact Kim at Interstate. The entire process was great and well worth the money I spent. I highly recommend this group! This was the first time I had a big move. Kim was a joy to work with during my quote process, and the moving management team took over afterwards. Everyone was great and professional. I quality manager popped in on my pack out to make sure everything was ok. Within an hour of leaving and arriving to my old and new locations, I was called to make sure everything was okay. I week after I had moved, I was contacted again to make sure there was no damage. A nice group of men did my move. They protected the front door and the carpet.
