Kenneth Morrissette, Jr

Ken Morrissette, Jr., or “K2” as he is sometimes called by his colleagues, is a member of the third generation of the Morrissette family that founded and continues to successfully manage The Interstate Family of Companies. Ken is responsible for several non-financial administrative functions of the company including legal, safety & compliance, human resources and office services. Prior to joining the family business in 2014, Ken was an International Labor Standards advocate for international brands such as Eddie Bauer, Craft and Kosta Boda while living in Bangladesh, China and Hong Kong. Before moving overseas, Ken was a litigation attorney at Perkins Coie, LLP in Seattle, Washington. He also clerked for the Honorable H. Russel Holland of the U.S. District Court in Anchorage, Alaska where he developed his appetite for adventure and travel. Ken climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2012 and has traveled to more than 75 countries and territories. Ken earned a BS degree from the University of Colorado and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He is also a member of the bar in California and Washington state.
