What is the cost difference between CP (carrier packed) and PBO (packed by owner)?
Carrier packed (CP) includes professional packing, materials, and full protection coverage. Packed by owner (PBO) lowers your cost because you handle the packing yourself, but coverage may be limited for items packed by the customer.
